In order to start this process, contact Crowdmark support for their end setups. It works best if you can set this up with Crowdmark together. It takes only about 10 minutes to set this up.

In your Moodle, go go “Site administration” -> “Plugins” -> “Activity modules” ->”External tool”. Then, click “Manage tools”. You can type Tool URL here. It is https://app.crowdmark.com/ for Crowdmark.

Crowdmark will provide necessary information like Public keyset, Initiate login URL and Redirection URL(s). The setup is complete with those information. Your tool will look like this.

To complete configuration, you also need to provide some information to LIT tool provider. First click left most icon in your tool.

Provide Platform ID, Client ID and Deployment ID from dialog box. Platform ID is the URL of your Moodle site.

Once it is configured from LTI service provider. It will work from your course shell when “Add an activity or resource” clicked.

Now, you can add Crowdmark as assessment in your course. In your course shell, enable Edit mode. Then, Click “+Add an activity or resource”.

Then, you can select the tool you just created as below.

Once you created a course with Crowd assessment in your Moodle your Crowdmark a will have one more option for you account and you can see your course by switching your account to Moodle one.
