As a time patroller, we are supposed to carry this collection of keys all the time. This collection contains all of keys used on every computer on Earth and we call it Janitor’s key box. After patrol duty is over, we are supposed to cross check our JKB to the master copy of JKB to see any interference, that might be caused by us and cause to change past and present era. if there was an interference, JKB does not match. Then history remedy team are deployed to correct past. It is painfully long operation to reorganize the past until JKB matches.
At the moment, I am waiting for one of biggest history remedy team for my mistake. The damage, I caused , must not be recoverable. My time patrol cruiser was stuck for about 40 years and it was visible for people. To be precise, around 1 million people were following my time patrol cruiser for whole 40 years. The record of chronicle position system in my unit was automatically transferred to the remedy team and they are coming with matching logs between my JKB and master JKB. it will be the first step to fix this unprecedented chaos I made.
There is Moses, who is leading the history remedy team, appeared much earlier than expected alone. I can not read his facial expression quite. He look rather perplexed than angry. Is he smiling? Where is his team? Are they staying outside due to the size of group. He sat down on the table and slid one folder with JKB matching logs. I expected it would be much larger in volume but it looks to contain only one piece of document. Moses has said any since his entrance. He just nudged me to open the folder.
“Matched” was only log I could read. There was nothing else. “But it was 40 years I was stuck and They were following me all the way”, I told Moses. With awkward grin, Moses opened his mouth. “It was meant to be I guess. Might be Exodus?”
